Good \nphysical health can support you through this time. Think about a time \nwhen you felt physically healthy, and consider asking yourself the \nfollowing questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How were you <strong>sleeping<\/strong>? Did you have a sleep ritual or nap pattern that made you feel more rested?<\/li><li>What types of <strong>food<\/strong> were you eating? What meals made you feel healthy and strong?<\/li><li>What types of <strong>exercise<\/strong> did you enjoy? Were there any particular activities that made you feel more energized?<\/li><li>Did you perform certain <strong>routines<\/strong>? Were there activities you did to start the day off right or wind down at the end of the day?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Emotional self care <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Emotional self care means different things to different people. The \nkey to emotional self care is being in tune with yourself. Think about a\n time when you felt balanced and grounded, and consider asking yourself \nthe following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What <strong>fun or leisure<\/strong> activities did you enjoy?
